Traveling

Well, we made it safe and sound! We started the day in Houston at the airport for our 6:30 am flight for the first leg of trip and stopped in Dallas where the whole crew for the week met up to take the same flight to Belize City. Our team this week comes from all over the U.S. With people from the Dallas area, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. After we got in to Belize and left the airport we all hopped on a school bus for the 3hr drive down to the resort where we'll be staying for the week in Hopkins. Everyone was pretty exhausted from the day of travel so the evening program for the day was pretty short with a basic explanation of what today (Sunday) would look like. We are going to a harvest celebration today, which is similar to the meaning behind America’s celebration of thanksgiving! We are excited for what God has in store for this week and we greatly appreciate your prayers and support! We hope to report back to y’al about the harvest celebration later! Throughout the week we will try to have different members from our church’s team blog about their experiences and perspectives of each day so stay tuned!

In Him,
Tyler

Leaving Soon

Hello everybody! We are about to embark on our mission trip to Belize this Saturday! We are very thankful for all of your support and helping us to raise the funds we needed to send our team. We are still in definite need of prayer for our team, the children and teachers in Belize that we will working with, and that the Holy Spirit would prepare the hearts and minds of people we're ministering to and that people would come to know Christ! We're excited to see what God has in store! Our team will be flying out early Saturday morning and we'll be working with the Kidz Konnect organization working in a local school in the Southern part of Belize for the week! We will be trying to update this blog each day if possible, however, the internet will not be reliable where we will be at. We also will post pictures here but for the privacy of the children we cannot post pictures with clear view of their faces. Thank you again for sending us and please keep us in your prayers!
